    una, ang lakas tumagas ng brake fluid ng MU namin. lagi kaming nagrerefill ng brake fluid.

    pinagawa sya. pinalitan yung O-ring sa master ata (sa likod yung binaklas)

    today, pagkamedyo na-pump yung brake pedal, nagkakaroon ng resisting force sa pag-apak. then umiilaw din yung indicator sa dashboard para sa brake.

    ano kaya problem nito?

    Baka hindi na-bleed ng tama kaya ganyan.

    Yung master cylinder nasa harap yun. Ano yung binaklas? Nasa gulong ba?

    Hindi ba nagbabawas ng fluid?

    Check the fluid lines baka may singaw dun. Or malakas ang singaw ng hangin sa master kaya umiilaw yung brake indicator.

    hindi nablineed yung fluid. sa likod binaklas. yung sa assembly mismo ata ng disc brake

    ungas,
    may narinig ako kaninang singaw. pero dun malapit sa reservoir ng brake fluid.

    tebs::: Walang singaw dapat yan. Those parts should be air tight. Kahit na disc brake binibleed pa rin.

    nga pala, when saying na ibibleed, ibig sabihin ba nun ilalabas lahat ng fluid tapos irerefill uli?

    Yup, papasingawin mo yung hangin sa lahat ng linya hanggang puro brake fluid lang ang lalabas na walang halong hangin, then refill sa reservoir.

    Kapag may resisting force sa pag-apak ng pedal, probably sira pa rin ang brake master assembly. Subukin mo pa-bleed all 4 corners, kapag ganon pa rin pa-replace mo ulit ng repair kit ang brake master assembly o palitan mo na ng bagong assembly para sigurado.

    bleed on all 4 corners, make sure umaandar ang engine while bleeding!!

    guys, pinableed ko na on all four wheels.

    medyo ok na. yun nga lang, pagpinupump yung pedal, umiilaw yung brake indicator sa dash and may resisting force sa pedal. kumakagat naman yung brakes

    diba you mentioned na tumatagas ang fluid sa master that is why you replaced the rubber cups in the master cylinder? did you check the sides of the master if it is still smooth? or are there any damages that your finger can feel then i suggest you change the whole thing. also check the hydrovac for fluid contamination, since the master cylinder was broken there might be fluid inside the hydrovac, since you mentioned that you were always refilling the reservior but did not mention that there was leaking fluid under your vehicle, it must have entered there. IMO lang, brakes are important better to be sure.

    check your hydrovac,

    on engine shut off, pump your brakes several times until matigas na feel mo sa pedal. Tapos dont let go of the brake pedal and start the engine. Dapat pag andar ng engine you should feel that the pedal will travel further down for about an inch siguro. If this is the case, buo ang hydrovac mo, pag hindi bumaba yung pedal, somethings wrong with it. :D

    I had a similar problem a year ago. I thought yung master lang ang problem and I replaced it with a new one. Pero the problem insisted. When I removed the hose connecting the hydrovac to the vacuum nakita ko basa, then that was the time na nalaman ko na yung brake fluid pumasok na pala sa hydrovac. Grabe nung inipon ko yung fluid na naipon sa HV umabot ng 1 liter hehehe yung HV ko kasi pwedeng buksan)Isa pa napansin ko na yung usok ko kulay puti, yun pala yung fluid pumasok na rin sa vacuum hehehe. Grabe talaga as in......

    Opo sir nabubuksan sya. Ride ko po dukhang 1977 Toyota Mini Cruiser Jeep sir pero modified na as in marami nang napalitan pati kaha minodify na kaya parang nag-ala mini Jeep Wrangler na ang dating. Yun pong HV ko Toyota AISIN. Bale yung HV may lock po sya sa gitna na steel ring. Parang clam-shell po yung HV pag tinanggal mo yung lock nabibiyak sya. Unique sir noh wala na nga akong makitang ganun sa mga auto store nagtanong ako wala raw silang ganun. Nung ipinakita ko yung HV sa kanila nagulat sila tapos binibili ba naman sa akin hehehe. If I'm not mistaken yung ganung HV ginamit sa mga unang labas ng Toyota Hi-lux. Correct ne na lang if I'm mistaken.....

    jim::: Wow Mini Cruiser! Yan ang type ni sir wildthing na ride, hehehe. :D Bago nga sa pandinig ko yang nabubuksang HV system, I want to see it if ever madayo ka sa Manila. Btw, where are you exactly in the Philippines?

brake system problem: HELP!
