*carnovice: walang problema kahit kalawangin yan. any washer that will fit will do. basta 4d56 max pressure is 12psi. some people say they even reach 30 psi. but manuals clearly says 0.83 bar/3000rpm





kung 30 psi ang mitsu, talo pa ata nila ang newest BMW diesels na 27psi lang... Ford Focus Diesel nga, 14 psi max lang...

installing the boost guage is the easiest part. you will just hook a extension 'T' in the boost hose line.

sir rion ok po ba kpag nag 15psi kasi po misan napapaabot ko dun eh..kapag long driving ok lang ba ito pero i do oil change every 3 months

but in my opinion, hindi siguro ganun ka grabeng masama sa 4d56, kasi maraming nag sabi sa Pajero uk forum na umaabot 15 psi sila... baka matibay nga 4d56...

but don't take my word for it. kasi as for our Pajero 4d56, 12 psi lang ang max na bigay ko. mahirap na kung magkamali...

kay PK na thread ko nakita ang step by step na how to.

sa boost guage, hiniram ko lang ang galing sa evo ng friend ko and my mecanic friend pointed out whee to tap it, and viola, boost guage na. pero temporary lang ito, binalik ko rin after determining how many washers to put.

hi folks im back. matagal ko din naging service pajero 2.5 intercooler before upgrading to pajero gen3. any way nilagayn ko lang ng boost control, dapat 12 psi lang max. pag lumampas ka dun sabog turbo mo. i also tried changing my turbo na mas malaki, nilaqgay ko pang patrol na 3liter lumakas. i also change my exhaust system sa 2.5 inch, ahh pinalitan ko din ng air cleaner k&n. itry it. it might help... if your in the greehills, nakaparada lang pajero ko sa isenhower ioon color blue naka 18.

Seriously, the washer mod works.

A 2.5" exhaust will work along with an open element free flowing air filter (e.g. K&N). Then you can go with a manual boost control.

woodfire's 4d56's have those mods. They were professionaly installed at Auto_Xer's shop (Fusion R along E. Rod).

nakapadali lang, i for one will vouch for the washer mod,

i hit 160kph sa GoVIC Highway (zambales with ease) Otep can attest to that, if not for some fella in a galloper baka pwede na i 170, pero skerdy cat na rin kaya 160 na lang.
