hi guys.
while having my car registered last year, nawala nung tiga LTO Marikina yung original CR ko... paano ba ireplace ito, ano ano ang mga kelangan, and saan ako pupunta?..

balikan mo yung LTO staff sa Marikina bro. it is his fault anyway.
kung wala syang ma produce, medyo mabusisi.
for one, you have to fill in affidavits, go to the LTO office where the car is last registered. kung wala dun, sa LTO main pa.

From my personal experience, pinagawa ako ng affidavit. Pwede silang mag-provide ng affidavit sa LTO office - may form na kasi. All you have to do is fill it up. Tapos, bayad sa notarial fee, processing fee at sa computer fee. Yung computer fee ang medyo malabo sa 'kin. Nagbayad ako ng 1k. Kung mayron kang photocopy ung orig mo na CR, mas mabibilis ang processing. Tapos, kailangan mo rin ibigay ang isang photocopy ng Deed of Sale kung hindi ikaw ang 1st owner nung vehicle. Photocopy din ng latest rehistro.
All in all, inabot ng 3 weeks yung sa 'kin. Pwede daw "ma-expedite" yung processing - 1 week lang ata. Kaso, dagdag ka ng 500 petot.
