    Hello mga bossings,

Am just a newbie here. I just wanted you guys to share your thoughts on this.

Am planning on investing on a pick-up for everyday transpo and outdoor outings. I'm putting a 350k ceiling for this since I'm keeping another vehicle for another purpose ...

what are your suggestions on this?
    best buy models?
    where to buy?
    what to check?
    loan options?

thanks very much for your patience and more power to the boards!

    mabuhay!

If you are more concerned about utility AND econmizing... how about considering those 4X4 minicab-type pickups (like the daihatsu ones)... our neighbor in Mandaluyong has 2 of these for their softdrinks business. You can get them new for that price range I think.

naku, kung nagtitipid ka lang, hwag ka talaga mag f150. I sold mine because of high maintennance and parts costs.

my dad had to replace two of his brake discs for about 7 or 8 grand a piece ata.

maybe the ranger would be better.

4 to 4.5 km per liter sa F150.

in my experience, it is not the gas that will kill you kasi you can budget that, its the maintennance cost that will break your back. i went of roading in 2 foot deep mud, i tore an axle boot. it just a rubber accordion type thing, P12,000 ang isa. Patay kang bata ka

brake pads, nasa P4000 to P5000 each. its a very heavy truck, tapos matic pa, so you go through brake pads quite quickly.
