Ang alam kong 2.0L TD ay gawang Toyota, 2C-T to be exact, or Isuzu's old school C190 NA engine. Power to weight ratio, mahina ang small engine torque, kaya high rpm to achieve the take off that you want and less adequate HP for maintaining high speed or overtaking maneuvers. Equals, more pressure on gas pedal, more fuel consumption.
Malaki ang differences ng 2.0, 2.2 & 2.5 TC or NA engines. Answering your query in a broad manner means more specs to dwell which can confuse you.
diesel ba yang L300 mo? matipid na yan kumpara sa ibang van ngayon....hehehehe
kung naka 4g63 na gas engine yan, medyo magastos nga yan sa gas....yung malapit sa bahay ni kumander ko nag L300 swap sya eh, same color pa....hehehehe from gas to diesel....mas madali raw kasi yon kesa mag-change engine pa sya.....hehehehe
diesel po L3 ko...ang father ko bumili ng gas,and totoo, masmatipid pa maxima ng mother ko..ayun,dinispacha ng father ko..pinalitan ng 2-door hatch..kasbay ng L3 ko n diesel..ok naman van ko for the last 4 years, kahit second hand un..kaya lang medyu namamahalan na ako sa consumo..kaya nga po im wondering kung ok mag-2.0td n small wagon..

they say that the mazda RF-turbo is a 2.0 litre engine, is this true??? i compared it with the R2, which is a 2.2l engine, and the R2 does have produce more torque.....
anyway, i favor 2.5 liter diesel engines because power is noticeably stronger than lower displacement engines...
