the basic principle of AEROGAS is to lean out your air-fuel mixture going to your cylinders. The device is to create a small flow of air AFTER the air flow sensor of the engine. AEROGAS, hence, is simply a hole in your engine intake hose.

If you want to make one to look somewhat like the AEROGAS device, just get a 6 inch length x 2.5 inch diameter of solid metal rod... it doesn't matter if its aluminum, steel, brass, etc (wag lang iron kasi rust lang). Drill a 3/4 inch hole at the center and goes along the 6 inch length and stopping about 1/2 to 1 inch from the other end. Using smaller drill bits, make several small holes. Get a hose fitting & some hose. Thread the fitting into the 3/4 inch drilled hole. Somehow attach the hose to the engine intake hose. SO now, you have your own "homemade" AEROGAS device. If you want to make it better, insert some metal mesh inside it to give some filtering ability.

The cheaper "aerogas"... get the crankcase filter of K&N and attach it somehow to the engine intake hose after the air sensor.
