    yehey!!

(btw, the govt will raise taxes to pay for the project, so it's not exactly "free")

sige pag mangyari yan special mention kita ha. Idea mo yung raise taxes e. hehe.

but its already happening. The congress has ordered and are giving free rides and the so has the Bangko Sentral.

A little marketing lesson lang. Bigay mo muna ng libre atsaka mo singilin ng kaunti hanggang sa maging mainstream na. Ganyan ang ginawa ng telecoms sa tex messaging.

sir romski, keep it up. 99.9999999% of the whole philippine population likes what you and your group is doing.

note: 99.9999999% is the whole phlippine population minus gh and uls and is just MY estimate. sigurado titirahin ako ng mga yan.

oo nga pala, dito sa singapore, yung block cleaners are using small electric utility cars to organize bulky trash everyday. i'll take a picture para ma post ko dito.
Hindi naman ako nasasaktan. ok lang yan. Critics are welcome.

I look forward to the pics bro.

Great, ... so the PHUV is now electric. Now it is at par with the electrically powered traditional jeepney seen on display at the DOST exhibit in 1993. And it's already 2010, you thought making it electric was something new?

If the original PHUV didn't "click" with the pinoy masses, I doubt an electric version of the PHUV (with limited range, speed and power) would be more successful.

That is something you could have already thought of if you weren't too desperate to make something out of a failed project.

    i wasnt serious dude

i know nasa auto parts business kayo

your goal isnt to help people

that free ride thing just gives your group good PR and gets you close to govt

(free rides in towns or cities = pogi points for the mayors... which make mayors love you)

cooperating with the govt (kissing govt ass) puts you in the loop

gives your group preferred status in govt projects

after all, the only entity you can sell ejeepneys to is the govt

    that's your main customer

gotta kiss the asses of the guys who write the checks right?

    helping people?

    PR spin

Auto-LPG Thread. Helps people save money every time they use their vehicles all over Metro Manila and some beyond that area.

I guess success is relative. But helping is helping. Madali mag nitpick, mas mahirap to make a difference.
I guess it is too easy to overlook when "helping" is really helping or just wasting time, effort & money just to "thread water".

Just because the technology is available, it doesn't mean we have to use it. We have to use the proper technology that will give us the best advantage. Electric based public transport isn't mature enough to deploy locally as shown to the limited "success" of the ejeeps.

don't worry I don't take your quips seriously.

bottom line is. We give rides to 1,500 people a day. And they are willing to pay, which we will accept in due time. It's a viable business model. And we are not just tree huggers. We are businessmen as well.

LOL... limited "success" means only in the minds of its supporters.

    Which is exactly the truth.

o bakit parang nagbago ang tono mo. Dati ang sinasabi mo dapat may kumita. at hindi sustainable ang MGR program. Bakit parang malungkot ka nang malaman mong may kikita.

The fact remains kumita man o hindi ang programa (which was your argument along with gh, as the doom and gloom duo). It has already helped about 150,000 people who got a ride for free. Not having to get a cab or a shuttle to get around Makati. They actually give donations and slip it in the suggestion box. Which means people not only appreciate it but also appreciate its value that they actually give money. So in the long run pag maningil na ang operator ng program which is ICSC panalo pa rin lahat.

Baka ikaw lang ang talo uls, kasi gusto mo malugi kami hehe.

but don't worry uls may natutulungan ka rin. nabubuhayan ang mga nakakabasa ng thread na ito dahil sa mga comments nyo ni gh.

1500 people use it everyday. So the people who think its successful is definitely more than you and uls.

if you bought Jollibee burgers for 1,500 people everyday

1,500 people would be extremely grateful to you

if you ask those 1,500 people who benefit from the free burgers, they would say the Free Burger Project is a success
