    used to do everything on my kia and then mazda 323, from oil change to overhaul (except machining of head syempre) ang tranny overhaul. then i got lazy. minor maintenance na lang ngayon on my lancer like cleaning air filter and changing spark plugs. pag oil change di na, hassle din kasi pupunta ka pa sa gasoline station para i-dispose yung used oil (may bayad, P20 5 years ago). saka ecu na e, takot ako sa electronics.

    our company mechanic does the maintenance and repairs on all our cars, with the bimmer i sometimes help hehe baby eh

    Anything inside the engine, mekaniko na at pati na din major electricals.

    So far, ang mga DIY ko sa sasakyan namin are:
    - Brakes
    - Tie rods (alignment sa shop na)
    - Clutch lining/pressure plate sa L300 namin
    - Water pump
    - Leaf spring and U-Bolts
    - Change oil (overnight)

    Sarap din kasi mag DIY, laking accomplishment pag natapos mo na.

    sa kaso namin, kami na lang. my lolo was a mechanic during his heydays, then when he retired an uncle and my dad inherited the talent, which was passed onto us, me and my brother. especially my brother since, hindi na kotse ang minemekaniko, eroplano na...
