white smoke

i've check the radiator level and engine level and transmission level there is no change, its been buging me for quite some time these white smoke. brought it to a friend mechanic and rev up no white smoke, then again at traffic white smoke comes out sh?T*F**k x lintik, went bak again to mechanic he suggested to clean up the exhaust pipes baka madami water, skeduled namin nxt week hopefully after it mawala na white smoke, tnxs everyone L keep u posted.
