while i was driving kanina, me unusual "chug chug" noise sa me right side front wheel ng auto. Mapapansin mo siya lalo pag bitaw mo na accelerator then slowly breaking down. Akala ko nung una flat tire ako pero din naman.
Ano kaya problema? Do I need to have it fixed asap or can wait till weekend?

Ano pong sasakyan?
It could be your shock absorber bushings, ball joints... or minsan maluwag na wheel lug nuts?

As I have thought... :D
Parang naalala ko yung sabi nila dati, lower arms should be replaced same as for the ball joints. But do check those bushings first before doing any parts replacements. Minsan yung mga sudden thug sounds are coming from dried and worn out rubber bushings.

question lang po,
does shock absorber bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends and driveshaft ends need lubricating? if yes, pwede ko bang gamitin
ang motor oil for lubricating the said parts?
thanks!

Some vehicles have sealed propeller shafts, yolk, ball joints and tie rod ends, there is no need for lubricating except changing them into brand new ones. While on some other vehicles there is a nipple which grease can be inserted and pumped in.
With regards to shock absorber bushings, these are plain rubber grommets or sometimes poly bushings which does not need lubrication. They are prone to cracks and inturn powdery form which could produce the thugging sound. Replacement is the only cure for this part.

If you can stand driving it with the sound, I pressume it can handle within city limits. Iwasan mo lang malalaking lubak which could further damage other parts.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
