Ano ba pinaka matibay dito para sa diesel engines? Timing Belt? Timing Chain? or Timing Gear?
Ano pros cons ng bawat isa?
I think Innova uses Timing Belt ... (kaya tahimik?)
and Isuzu Crosswind uses Timing Gear (kaya maingay?)

my previous E36 and E46 uses chain...and they are virtually indestructible...no worries about a belt to change - remember, if you break your belt, you're in deep deep sh*t....

gaya ng sabi ni airshaq, virtually indestructible nga ang timing chain. Pero kapag nasira yan, yari ka. May clunking noise sa engine ko nung nagpa oil change ako, sabi ng mechanic, papalitan daw ang timing chain. The cost? $790.00
Buti nag research ako at meron palang TSB ang timing chain guide ng 240SX ko. Pede DIY, all I have to do is remove the upper and lower guide, pero libre naman sa dealership kaya sila na lang ang gagawa.
Sya nga pala, meron nang ganitong thread na pinagusapan noon pa.
