November 9th, 2002 11:19 AM #13cliffjumper,
Try asking the car stereo places over there about "DYNAMAT". This is very popular among car audio freaks, a type of acoustical foam you can apply to your floor boards, door panels, firewalls, trunkwalls and any surface you think radiates noise. The goal is to isolate the cabin from external noise.

December 6th, 2002 07:56 PM #17hello pipol, update ko lang. just changed my tires this morning. i switched to bridgestone turanza as most of you suggested.. OK sya mga pre!!!
bale 1900 per tire, total 7600 plus pina align, camber etc. ko na rin.. umabot ng 9000 (dem ang sakit sa bulsa!!) pero sulit. hinataw ko kaagad pero up to 100 kph lang, ramdam ko talaga ang improvement sa noise reduction at comfort na rin.. i asked kung ano difference ng potenza sa turanza.. potenza daw is more of a performance tyre, while turanzas are comfort tires, kaya turanza na ako (atsaka mas mahal daw kasi potenza.. ehehe)
anyways, thanks for the help peeps.. maaasahan talaga kayo..

December 16th, 2002 05:45 PM #19update lang ulit. tried to look for dynamat last week sa car audio shops atsaka dito sa alabang area, wala akong mahanap, may exclusive distributor ba to?
