June 17th, 2006 07:40 PM #12had my bro revo replaced the timing belt at goodyear servitek along g. araneta and my golly kala namin rip-off ung 1,650 for the labor only(d pa kasama ung ilaw sa dashboard which is 495). but by reading the post here ganito pala yung price d2 sa manila hehehe.. sa province kc our trusted mechanic will only 300 petot kasama na pati minor adjustment...

i had mine done at minerva tire at filinvest alabang three months ago.
had my timing belt bought at el dorado festival mall. the timing belt costs 1600.
other parts replaced:
water pump replacement 900 pesos.
tensioner bearing replacement 1100 pesos.
alternator belt/aircon belt (forgot how much)
engine support right part replacement (800 +++ pesos)
labor costs around 1500.
inabot din ako ng mga 7000++ .

sir, marunong din ba sya sa honda? malapit na rin me magpalit ng timing belt...nearing 160k mileage.
OT: kung 1500 ang average labor for timing belt replacement. kasama ba doon yung labor sa pagpalit ng water pump, crankshaft gasket, camshaft gasket, and tensioner bearing? tia

agree with taptap. kay migs 'speedyfix' mo na lang dalhin. specialty nila yan.
ray is more of a mitsu man, but can also work with hondas.
Choice I would have made as well.:nod:
