You need to go to LTO Main sa East Avenue to get Motor Vehicle Plate Verification if you want to expedite your registration in which case we did

i do my annual renewal in two installments.
the first one, i get my emissions testing and my insurances. insurance policies around the lto are expensive. i still go to my casa for the compre and the tpl. some may say the compre is cheaper elsewhere, but it's very easy to talk to the casa when i get into a fender bender.
the second day, i go to the lto, either late morning or late afternoon, para wala nang pila.
what is the worst that can happen? the lto computer bogs down!

for my car, i was instructed to go to the maria clara branch.
but i find this lapse in lto service very questionable! i experienced it as early as back in 2000. don't we citizens deserve better?

It is quite odd that LTO give different instructions on how to go about renewals for b-new vehicles. Although I agree 100% that we deserve a better service and I don't know why it seems that there are no solutions to these lapses
