bro i know a shop at sikatuna village who sells surplus bmw engines. If your familiar with the place it's near camp karingal name of the shop is "Kyle Kar Care Center" just look for ricky chua. Lots of bmw parts there specially for e34 and e30's. Recently bought a manual tranny for my e36 320i, they also do engine swaps. I don't recommend buying an m50b25(dohc 24v 2.5l non vanos) for ur car coz medyo malakas sa gas, if u were to ask me i'd stick with the m20(sohc 12v non vanos) which is easier to maintain.
