when to change other belts?

how will you know if your belts are still in good shape? kelan ba dapat palitan mga belts like compressor belt etc. . . ?

It all depends on how your driving attitudes. Kung madalas ka mag high revs, mas mainam palitan ito within a year or 2 the most. But oem belts lasts upto 3 years or so. Kung cheapo belts naman ang gamit mo, it is a good idea to check belts sometimes show visible signs of age before they break, including cracking, fraying, and glazing. Modern belts often show no visible signs of deterioration before they break.

naputulan ako ng fan belt kelan lang.. wala pa 1 year yung belt, orig naman na pang mb100, basta na lang nagoverheat yung sasakyan wala man lang sign na mapuputol na pala yung belt, sa mb100 kasi isa lang ang belt ng alternator, a/c etc.. tapos nakatago pa sa ilalim kaya hirap icheck..

pano yun sir? kasi pag sisilipin ko sa ilalaim mga 1 foot lng ng belt ang visible..
