oil for 4ja1

is it ok to use petron rev-x all terrain, fully synthetic oil to isuzu 4ja1? it is 5-30W and friends been telling me i cant use it coz it's viscosity is too low. tama ba sila doon?

Besco oil is 10-w30. That is the only recommended oil for isuzus (according to the casa) There are some 10-w30 oils in True Value
