open-type ba air filter mo ? hindi mo dapat marinig yung "thug" pag stock pa rin ang air filter mo. Check mo na rin at baka butas or worse, hindi naibalik nung lininis.

I don't think the oil filter could cause the trouble unless it is the fuel filter that got replaced. Baka it needs some minor adjustment in the timing. How long before you performed the oil change ? Did you change the plugs, too ? Paano palyado ? kulang sa hatak or walang hatak ? if yes, malamang spark plugs.... HTH.
