sir saan po ba pwede pa compression test na malapit sa olongapo???wala dito sa gapo e, sabi sakin try ko daw pampanga sa casa.weekend lang kc ako available.
aside from compression test ano pa po ba pwede test para makita problema ng engine ko???thanks.

tanong ko lang po kung paano compression test and kung ano makikitang problema sa engine??? dinala ko kasi ung oto sa shop kanina for compression testing, ipina iwan ung car kase kailangan daw malamig engine bago i-test and 2 to 3 hrs. raw ang testing at baka raw mainip kami. and sabi ng isang staff ung compression test daw ay test lang para malaman kung kailanagan i-overhaul ung engine...hindi po ba makikita kung saan leak engine ng oto ko???hindi ko po iniwan ung car kasi ayaw ni misis. ibabalik ko po sa monday.thanks.

no need for the engine to be cold during the compression test, pwede naman hot. you will have slightly higher readings pero basta consistent sila between cylinders then ok na yun.

you cannot tell where the leaks are from that test.

katatapos ko lang pacompression test sa servitek and my question is ano po ba acceptable readings ng meter para malamam na ok pa engine?
reading kasi sa mga cylinder ng engine ko ay 98,100,105,99...sabi sa servitek ok pa raw yan but sabi nman ng kuya ko dapat daw around 120 something or higher ang mababasa and dapat daw try din nila lagyan ng oil loob ng cylinder para makita kung tataas readings.

as long as they're uniform ok yan. seems ok to me although mababa nga talaga reading. could be a defective gauge lang though.

oil seal is the culprit. wornout na pala.
