I wasn't really thinking about ESD when I bought it, but the mat was made of thick velour ... my concern was wear, so the one I chose came with a metal heel pad

I've heard that you can also build up static with velour, although not as much as wool does. But I've never had any ESD in the other cars, which happen to have all-velour floor mats.

minsan yung carpet na mabalahibo yung nagccause ng static.
try nyo yung mga goma or plastic rubber na carpet wala naman sya.
