Assuming di ka pa nagpapa-repair ng suspension, to eliminate kalampag in a car that old, you will need to replace:

    1) Tie rod end and rack end (the usual culprits)
    2) Ball joint (although sa Honda mahal since the ball joint is connected to the lower arm, unlike toyota separate yung ball joint sa suspension arms)
    3) Arm bushings (palit din to buo)
    4) shock tower bushings
    5) stabilizer links (sa likod)

yes sir front springs and shock mounts culprit din.
