For other leaks, just look around your engine where oil is coming out. The rubber parts in those areas may need replacement as well.

March 29th, 2006 11:08 PM #13no major effects naman. just a slightly more sluggish engine because there is more resistance because of too much oil. aside from that, dapat naman lumabas sa breather yung excess oil. simplest solution would be to drain the excess.

March 30th, 2006 01:14 AM #14ito pa na experience ko na yung overfilling dahil nilagyan ko pa ng oil additives nag busted yun valve cover yung rubber. possible din na valve seals ang masira.. where nka locate yung o-rings? pag busted o-rings mausok ba?

ang pinakamahirap nito ay yun seal ng driveshaft ang masira. hirap palitan. stick to the manufacturer's specs nalang.

another thing is that if ever oil is way above the normal level, bubbles develop inside the engine... thus, oil starvation occurs because of the bubbling oil...
