My car is only 2 months old. This morning I found a scratch, around 4 inches long, on the front bumper. It really irritates me to no end. What's the right way to fix this? Can I just buy a spray paint and spray it on? Is there a specialize paint I should buy? Do they sell these at my car dealer?

Malalim ba at kita na ang primer or metal? If not....try using rubbing compound (turtle wax liquid na rubbing compound or 3M brand ang suggestion ko). Then pag medyo nagpantay na, follow it up with meguires #2 (step 2) and kung merong kang nakikitang swirl marks follow it up with meguires #1 (step 1). Kung nag-clear up na wax (carnuba preferably) and buff to shine. Use cotton terry (or towels) na malinis...use it damp and use one on each type of material (1 for rubbing compound, 1 or step 2, etc) para hindi macontaminate.

After step 2 at hindi pa nakuha, you can go back to the rubbing compound....or continue with step 2 until maging very minimal na ang marka.

Kung malalim....I believe you'll have to have it filled and repainted.

tama si happy_gilmore .. gamitan mo muna ng touch-up paint yung front bumper.. baka mas lalo ka magsisi pa pina-repaint mo yung buong bumber dahil hindi nag match sa original color.. pero syempre depende sa shop din.. even casa are not good in color matching based on my experience..

.. unless the car is black or white

kung metallic yung paint job, forget about touching up. even a panel repaint is iffy kung metallic yung paint. but flat colors are easy to match.

BTW banawe paint center (mentioned by others in this forum) will mix you a spray can for 350 pesos. it will match your paint job fairly closely... closely enough considering that your scratch is on the bumper, it's down low and the teeny difference in shade won't be noticed.
