Well, check mo kung may paint pa, run your fingernail across the scratch, if it goes down (lubog) then the paint is gone, so you need to repaint the bumper. If you don't feel an intrusion, then baka kaya pa sa rubbing, tatanggalin lang whatever it is on top of the paint.
