The "fe" designation on a Toyota engine usually means that it's the non-performance version for that particular engine series.

If you really want lots of power, swap it for a better engine.

If you'll settle for just a bit more, you can do breathing modifications to it, but those can only go so far... and it'll be loud, to boot.
