September 28th, 2007 03:12 PM #1gud day!

September 28th, 2007 04:17 PM #2You mean inside the engine? That will cause havok inside the engine. Suggest you change your oil ASAP and hope it goes out. Check the dirty oil if its there. You can also cut open your oil filter and lokk for it there if its not in the oil.

Depende kung saan nahulog, kung anong type ng makina (how it was designed) at kung hindi mo alam about it tapos pinaandar mo yung makina.
Kung malapit sa timing chain or belt (internal) there's a chance na mag circulate yon and could jam the timing chain/belt teeth, oil pump, tensioner, etc. Kung sa valve train it might interfere with valve timing although highly unlikely unless sa loob ng valve springs siya napunta.
Once you know pwede mo naman tanggalin yung valve cover tapos hanapin mo. Emergency cases pwede mo gamitin yung old gasket pero since tinanggal mo na when you can do it the earliest, replace mo na yung valve cover gasket mura lang naman yon.
If it's really small and easily crumbles ok lang yon it might just get filtered off by the oil filter. Tapos ma-flush yon sa oil change. Also remember to remove oil pan if you suspect this. Check for metal filings na rin while you're at it tapos hanapin mo yung bato if it's still there.
Worst case scenario siguro 4 or 5mm nut yung mahulog sobrang liit pero matigas at buo siya. It can damage all sorts of stuff in the engine and possibly make it at least run bad.
Did anything happen?

nakow pre. delikado yan. If you can, try removing the valve cover(if you have one) and hope you see it there and remove. else... I wouldn't know what to

nice question.

Last edited by roninblade; September 28th, 2007 at 05:52 PM.

sa akin naman, sa besta namin, my driver told me kulang na oil so nagpabilia ako, and dagdag kami, pagtingin ko sa oil cap yung part before the thread bungi na, ask my driver kung nahulog nya yung cap kaya nabungi, sabi nya hindi and last week pag check nya buo pa yun, so we opened the valve cover and swerte naman nakita agad namin yung parte ng oil cap, sitting between two valves, buti walang tinamaan, kundi gastos nanaman.

September 30th, 2007 02:19 PM #10if it falls in just open up the valvecover and take it out... this is assuming di mo pa pinapaandar yung makina.
