Valve seal stops oil from going down the valve and inside the c. chamber.
That is the job of the valve seal. So ask your mechanic how is this connected to fuel consumption. Another good question is whether oil or unburned fuel is fouling your sparkplugs. May nag adjust ba ng AF mixture or iginition timing.

There are three ways to trouble shoot a problem 1)Systematic Diagnosing 2) Elimination Process 3) Hit or Miss Method. It looks like he is doing the last.

Doon sa last tune up mo, ginalaw ba ang air fuel mixture mo? Timing? Ignition?
Remember gasoline has oil. Baka kasi over delivery, delayed or advance.

alam mo valve seal is your main problem kasi yung smoke pag start ng car mo especially white smoke usually valve seal ang problem mo ........

for the fuel consumption ... i think your car kulang sa timing or kung carburator kulang sa linis yung throttle .....

pwede rin mang galing sa spark plug mo since namamasa siya try changing your spark plug oil seal ... and check mo yung distributor mo kung namamasa this can also be the cost of your palya ... when the distibutor is wet from oil

may iba pa bang timing na inia-adjust? nag-adjust kasi sila ng timing from 10deg to 8 deg nito huli tune-up ko. nun nagpatuneup naman ako before this last, nag-adjust yata ng af mixture. tingin ko nga d in rich e...

    thanks po sa inyong lahat...

If you think Timing and AF is ok. Go to air induction, filtering, vacuums and/or sensors(if equipped)

buhayin ko lang. this is also my problem. mabilis magbawas ng langis and white smoke comming from muffler. mukhang lihis na rin sa timing. when i checked the #1 plug, basa sya.

sir migs: will definitely visit your shop regarding my problem. hope you can solve it. it's been 3 months na ito. huhuhu

IMHO white smoke during first start-up in the morning is normal. Baka fuel system mo ang diperensya bro. Pa-analyze mo muna kay speedyfix, coz as u stated di naman nagbabawas ng oil.
