tell the shop management if you are not fully satisfied with the service, that way, you give them a second chance. and when you do, and the service improves, you will have good bonding with the shop and will probably get better service from then on. if you like the service and continue to like their service, tell others that they too will have a good experience like yours. try to work with other people and they will try to work with you.

December 7th, 2014 11:43 PM #24First time ko magpagawa ng oil seal so hindi ako sure sa price. Di ko kailangan silang isahan since pwede ko naman iwan na lang yung 600 pero hindi ko ginawa, 2k ang binayaran ko based on how much ang average charge from other shops. Ang ayoko lang is the way ng paghandle nila sa situation, di lang man ako tinawagan, kung kelan bayaran na tsaka ipakita yung amount. Actually pagbigay nila ng receipt di pa nila minention eh nagtanong pa ako. buti nga rin ako na bumili ng parts, ang gusto pa nga icharge sakin sa oil seal 1.5k each if original daw. Pati main pulley gustong palitan eh oil seal lang may problema, buti di ako pumayag. Ang hirap na magtrust ng tao ngayon. Learned some lessons here, dapat check everything talaga.
