for tires out of round, it may be more difficult. an old timer adviksed me, "remove the wheel, over-inflate the tire a bit, and roll it on a flat, concrete surfgace. it it does not roll straight, it is probably out of round.
    good luck, po.
May solution pa ba to? I’m planning to swap my front left tire and rear left tire and see if the sound will change position. Hays

well, mine dis-appeared when i exchanged the front with the rear tires.
but i eventually replaced them anyway, as i was uncomfortable driving around, knowing my tires were defective.

    my thoughts are,
if it's the bearings, it will make a ruckus no matter what tire is installed.
it might make a noise, even if one simply spins the tire while the car is jacked up and the tire is hanging in the air.
