hmm.. you might have a leak in your revo.. wala bang tagas sa master cylinder mo??>... i used to experience that in my MB diesel. after i replaced my master cylinder..nawala yung unti-unti nyang lubog after depressing. it might not be evident sa labas ng reservoir na may leak or even on the brake hoses.
mk, try mo nga magpalit muna ng gulong.. ask a friend to test muna... if the noise disappears with the changing of tires.. then gulong na nga...
my experience with NCT3 and NCT5 are....never mind... i have nothing good to say about those two. hehehehe

pedal taas baba parang nanginginig at

mk, why don't you get a second opinion (other than the dealer's) first. Try chieffy. Magaling ang service team nila. Kengkoy pa.

January 26th, 2006 09:50 AM #15mk, my vios is now on its 8th month and I beleive its the nct's of goodyear. just turn on the stereo and listen to your favorite music then drive away. when its time to change tires put a non goodyear brand. anyways, the 2006 vios is now fitted with bridgestone tires which is a good move by toyota.

wheel bearing is a very remote culprit..considering bago pa yang oto mo.....pag ito ang may problema....hindi ka talaga mapapakali....uugong yan....this is a major part.
what you can do is go to a underchassis specialist...servitek, carguard, etc....and have your car lifted and inspected for humming noise...kapag wheel bearing ang problema..kita agad yan ng mekaniko.

January 26th, 2006 12:13 PM #17i can hear noise whenever i pass to straight lanes and nice roads.. experience whenever i run 60kph up straight. the more speed the more i hear it.. for me its normal and i think it's just the tires that make sounds.
2nd opinion you get check-up

The more you pressure the service station to come up with a diagnosis, baka lalong magkamali-mali pa.
