4d56 camshaft problem

after opening the rocker arm cover of my engine to fix an oil leak, i found out that a portion of the camshaft had some scratches. is it advisable in the long run to replace the camshaft? any idea how much this would cost? any recommended brand as replacement instead of OEM?

Last Sept nag palit ako ng cylinder Head dami ko nakita sa banawe rocker arm at camshaft? I got it for 8K assembly na sya. with rocker arm. kung Camshaft mas mura lang stimate ko mga 4K may ma bibili kana

is it advisable to reface na lang the damaged portion of the camshaft and yung katapat nyang rocker arm? tutal slight lang naman ang scarring.
