What I heard from the grapevine was that there was an oversupply of roughly 10,000 to 15,000 units in Shanghai (Gigafactory 3) from Q3 of this year. The deficit is smaller than last year's but still is concerning as they already offer 0% financing in China and reduced production. The deficit in deliveries is supposedly larger in the EU while the US is expected to be better, sales-wise, in Q4 as it's the holiday shopping season and there are discounts forthcoming.

I'm guessing our inventory will indeed come from Shanghai.

Reports have indicated that China made Teslas have better quality vs US made.

its only two models.
The Model 3 and Model Y.
So no Cybertruck or the Model X and S just yet.

Will the models be localized though?

it will mostly get the Philippine Standard charging port which is CCS/2. Its also the same charging port for the rest of SE Asia.
unlike Tesla officially imported by grey markets from China which has the GB/T charging port or the US imported models with the NACS charging port.
luckily speedworks here in the phil is able to do a gb/t to ccs2 charging port conversion now.

Looks like Tesla's Officially gonna enter our market.

Will wait until i see Tesla Superchargers being placed in strategic location in the metro.

That's good news, pero they seriously need to place more charging stations haha.
