haven't attended any eb because things have been crazy since getting married in November of last year. my parents were here from November until january. then my best friend visited me in Feb and now my in-laws are here until the middle of march. after that, things should settle down

Hey guys pa hijack naman ng thread nyo huh. Ah, yong santa clarita , ca ( part of LA ) eh part ba ng SOCAL ? Any input about the place , i heard people thrashing LA really bad. Thanks , Im from Dixie land and tired of some stupid behavior of some people here.

Santa Clarita is still part of SoCal. it is nestled between the 5 and the 14 freeways. I lived in that area for over a year with my cousin. very nice place. Santa Clarita Valley includes cities like Newhall (where i lived), Valencia, Saugus and maybe even Stevenson Ranch and Canyon Country.

it is a very nice place with home prices still at manageable levels, unlike other parts of LA.

if i buy a house within the year, i am thinking of that area. brand new houses 4 bedroom and above start at $550,000 and above.
