singit lang po ako mga ser.
nakakita na po ako ng OEM na TD42 na may Turbo. medyo iba po itsura sa stock na TD42(local or subic or surplus)
iba din ang butas ng bell housing compared sa non-turboed unit. i know this for a fact coz nag-try kami maglipat ng manual tranny ng turboed unit sa stock na unit. hindi sila matched.
so i guess may ibang intrinsic difference ang oem turbo ng TD42 from a stock TD42.
la lang po. ni-share ko lang.

yeps.
TD42. non turboed.
GQ models ang donor.
hindi na kami gumagamit ng MQ donor.
sakit lang sa ulo pag matic ang tranny.
kulang pa kami sa experience installing matic tranny.
kaya puro manual muna.
unless kinulit ako ng may-ari na matic ikabit.

Darn, tis would mean that a OEM TD42 turbo wont be that practical an engine swap since parts will vary... I would defintely go for a turbo kit but before you do an install, make sure that the engine condition is good (i.e. gaskets, fuel system, etc) so as to avoid problems that may arise after the swap.

i think deretcho na yan pag door to door delivery, nag iinquire kasi ako now sa australia, and they quote me around AU$500 freight para sa dispenser ng paint, through fedex. wala na pong hassle ata yan. so i guess same with the kit..
