S3 Super Touring

Mga ser baguhan lang po ako dito at akoy totoy palang(around 21's naman,hehe) pinagpaplanuhan po kasi namin ng erpats ko na bumili ng Sentra natipuhan namin e ung S3 na Super Touring ngaun pala kami bibili ng ganitong uri though meron na po ako dating FE na carb. The thing is both of us, lalo na po ako eh car suckers(ako Nissan junky ) pagpapalit ko ang Honda kung kinakailangan(hehe) gusto ko lang po naman malaman kung ano sa palagay ninyo ang ganitong sasakyan regarding sa specs at features nya as well as driving experience pati rin po sa pricing nya kasi may nakita kasi dun sa may tabi ng Trinoma na 250K for a 1996 model samantalang sa Carfinder e nasa 150K(+ -) lang.... help nyo po ako at need ko po ung mga opinions nyo mga gurus at mga owners para malaman ko po kung tutuloy pa ba ako sa paghahanap nito or lumipat nalang sa Honda ESI na iminungkahi sakin ng erpats ko... salamat narin po in advance

If I were you yung ESI nalang gamitin mo. Just don't rice it out. Okay yun ESI dame parts and dali pormahan. Mahal yung 250k.

Sentra Super Touring (b14) should be selling for under P200K. It is possible the seller you saw (with the price of P250k) had a lot of modifications done to the car and wanted to get back some of the cost of the mods done (like aftermarket wheels, audio/video system, leather seats, etc).

Mechanically the Super Touring model is the same as the Super Saloon. The only difference is the side skirts, bumpers, rear trunk spoiler and alloy wheels. Assuming the owner has taken good care of the car, it will be a dependable car with a lot of possible upgrades for both looks and performance.

BTW, before buying any used car, best to have it a good look through with someone familiar with the car model or in cars in general. Also have a long test drive over uneven roads to check how the car handles to check the condition of the suspension and transmission. With a car this old, it is also important, to have the aircon checked, especially the compressor because any hidden problems (by the current owner) will be an expensive repair bill for you.

Sana nga po may mga kakaibang nakalagay kaso po ung intake lang po ang visible na nakalagay err...un lang po pala ang pinalitan the rest po stock oh btw meron din po palang moonroof then the rest is stock,pero tulad po nang sinabi sakin ng erpats ko eh try ko parin daw pong maghanap ng iba like said above ung ESI po ang contender kaya maghahanap po muna ako before deciding yoko pong magsisi eh...maraming salamat po

Unless the owner installed one... in fact i can think of one such ST from the top of my mind that is dressed-up that way.

Hindi po Exalta...it's a 1996 Super Touring...sana nga po Exalta nalang eh kaso alam ko din naman po yun at saka bukod sa sinabi ng seller na Super Touring po yun eh may nakasulat pa po sa likod...

just like what ghosthunter said, The only difference with an ST and super saloon are the body kits (side skirt, front bumper and spoiler). The sunroof might have been installed separately (not oem).

yung 250k na nakita ninyo, baka sentra gts yung nakita mo kasi ganun yung price ng gts.

Sentra vs Esi -- I'll choose the Sentra St because of the bodykits (in short, di mo na kailangan pormahan kasi maporma na. hehe.
