The 2.5L model is a generation newer model. It should be worth that.

Thanks! Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but is the 2.5L worth getting over CR-V 2.0 and Kia Sorento?

You can do a comparison of specs using Autoindustriya's buyers guide. The 5-seater Sorento is a good deal of sorts since Kia dropped its price for it.

Naka sale yung 5-seater Sorento CRDi (4x2 AT) at 1.35M. Kunting difference sa Sportage 2.0L CRDi na 1.32M. Yung 5-seater Sorento CRDi 4x2 MT is even cheaper at 1.25M ata.

From my experience, the Xtrail CVT is more fuel efficient in highways than the 1st gen but for city, the first gen is better. I only ave 5.6km/L in my Xtrail CVT in pure city driving but 8km/L in highway with hataw. But for the 200k, it's worth it since the interiors are designed better with plenty of soft plastics, better quality buttons and better NVH. The only thing I miss on the first gen Xtrail is the softer suspension, softer seats and longer legroom for the driver side. You can test drive both to see which you prefer.
