Actually to be honest madaming casang ganyan... and usually the management is not to blame but the service mechanics themselves. Some even steal the new parts and will tell their supervisor that they had "replaced" the said part. Mga makukulit na mekaniko yan.
Before our rav 4 was serviced in one of the Toyota casas here years ago, and the mechanic replaced our PHilips head light (Di pa uso H.I.D nun)w/ an ordinary one! (We complained and the Mechanic said "nagkamali lang ng lagay". E first and foremost it is not the headlight they're repairing. What The?!
Not surprised, nissan dealerships sucks! had my car repaired once sa kanila, those sh**h**ds left my car window open! ayun puro alikabok when i got it back!B4 dapat tagal makuha yung parts, nasa planta pa daw sa pampanga? anu yun sa chop chopan apalit-plant?

Dyan ako huling nag-pa-PMS, nakalimutan ba namang gawan ng job order yong sasakyan ko. Kaya naka-tengga lang sasakyan ng dalawang araw(over the weekend). Nakalimutan daw nung hinayupak na service advisor. May mga good feedbacks pa naman dito noon on their expertise. Kaya lang nag-deteriorate na rin yata ang service.
Masubukan nga ang Nissan Mantrade next time, mukhang mas maayos.
Yes, i have very good experience with Nissan Balintawak. kaso, sobrang layo na rin sya sa akin considering yong traffic ngayon sa ginagawang MRT at concrete reblocking sa EDSA. Pag maayos na lagay ng traffic, balik na ko dyan.
Sayang, mas malayo ang Alabang. Alin pa ba kasama sa group ng Nissan Westgate na dealership na maganda service?
San pa magandang magpaservice. Mabagal din service sa Nissan Shaw. 1k pms inabot ng 9am to 2pm wtf![]()

for my Nissan Serena,
kahit galing pa ito sa Nissan balintawak - sa Nissan Mantrade ko siya dinadala. Yup tama after mong mag pa service a few days may tatawag sa iyo to check if ok na yung pinagawa mo .... but if not pwede mo naman ibalik or mag file ng complaint letters sa management.
Always take note ang mga tao na nag service sa iyo and para pag nag file ka ng complaint maayos nila agad.
But for me no problem sa Nissan Mantrade.
