Agree here, best to do it in this order:
Start with cleaning the MAF, checking the air filter and changing the fuel filter. Then you move on to injectors and HT wires if it persists.

MAF is mass air flow sensor. Its located inside the throttle body. Hwag mo na lang muna galawin ito kung medyo baguhan ka, very sensitive itong part na ito, and pag na damage ito, may kamahalan.

Non contact spray ginagamit panglinis sa MAF. Wag mo na attempt na hawakan or punasan yun.

Ano pangalan ng shop? Pwede kaya patingin muna namin para maliwanagan kami sa totoong problem. Naguguluhan na rin kami eh

Ano mga Sentras nyo? Series 3 yung sa amin B14 body. In addition sa mga nabanggit kong problems medyo mahina rin yung aircon chaka yung odo pumipitik pitik hanggang sa red line (parang grounded lang ata yun eh)

Got this sir. Salamat sa tulong. Bukas papatingin namin sa bagong mekaniko namin at lilinisin daw nya distributor cap at papalitan ng fuel filter. Pag di gumana yung mga gagawin contact namin yung mekaniko. Salamat uli

Pinalitan yung air filter at fuel filter nung Nissan namin. Lininis din lahat ng hoses. Nag test drive kami Bacoor to Baclaran via Coastal Road and walang kadyot kahit 100kph yung takbo. Observe ko muna ng 1 week. Sana tuloy tuloy na improvement. Salamat sa mga nag advise at sa mga suggestions

Hindi napalitan yung distributor cap kasi walang makita dito sa amin. Lininis na lang nung mekaniko.

Sunod na papatingin ko sa sweldo yung aircon. Hindi na sya lumalamig. Nung nakuha namin yung sasakyan pinalinis namin aircon at naglagay ng freon pero ever since walang improvement. May iba pa bang kelangan pa check sa aircon? Yung sinasabi nilang ice cold aircon ng Nissan di namin nararamdaman

is the evaporator original or replacement? is the thermostat a bright rectangular thingee about 2 x 1 x 1 inches, with long metal "antenna-like" temp sensor, under the dash, near the floor?
if yes to both, then i think you have a mismatch. replace the evaporator with an original design, and have that thermostat removed, in favor of the original.
the original temp control is a baraha-sized, flat black thingee about three inches long to the side x 1/2 inch thick, behind the dash panel temp control knob.
there are two types of evaporators: serpentine and laminated. one is cheaper, and the other, more expensive one, is what the sentra aircon wants. alas, i forget which one it is..
i used to have this mismatch... the evaporator kept freezing up...

I am not sure if the evaporator is an original or a replacement. I will have it checked sometime next week. If I replace it with the original (evaporator and thermostat) how much would it cost? Malamang sa surplus kami kumuha. Know any reliable Nissan aircon specialists sa Las Pinas or Bacoor area? I will ask the mechanic kung may kakilala rin sya

quick checklist.

-engine(belts pulleys spark plugs coolant. ). last oil change? fuel filter changed? check for cracks in the exhaust manifold, engine mounts ok?

-check the chassis for rust, for an old car there could be some really bad rust. this could be the deal breaker.

-last transmission oil change?

-suspension and brakes- tanggal gulong and open the drum brakes, also brake pads.

-battery test also. baka kailangan palitan. if you know the price of the battery baka masurprise ka.

-test drive.

all your "findings" will require deduction from the sellers price.
