I'm really now confused on the offset; wheel offset or the hub offset I have to watched out .

I have lifted from 1010TIRES.COM - Wheel Offset Calculator ....wheeloffset.jpg

and here's the Timken replacement hub bearing dimensions for the Navara http://www.timken.com/en-us/products...rOrder7564.pdf timken-sp450701.jpg

I really appreciate and thankful to Sir 12vdc and Sir OJ213, they really help newbie like me and share their experience and knowledge to the community.

I think i posted the bushing already somewhere, but here's the parts anyway.

Notice the 2models with different stab and stab links, pls check the actual installed in your vehicle. Yung 2nd pic yung nakakabit sakin.

    For the tierods

    For Serpentine Belt - 1170-EB70A (7PK-1260)
    PS Belt - 11950-EB70A (4PK-820)

Curious lang, ilan na odometer mo? It seems parts are failing too soon. Mine havent experienced those underchassis parts yet stab link OK pa rin. Maybe it has something to do with mostly highway drive?

Yong Nissan Navara 2010 galing sa kapatid ko Japan ata yon o pilik mata lang ako, please correct me if i'm wrong. Sino meron idea kong magkano kaya eto?

Sir 12vdc, you're really are a great help, thank you very much.

AFAIK D40 Navara are only manufactured in US, MExico, Spain, Thailand (Aus plant shutdown na).

Check your VIN number, if it says MNTBCxxx then its Thai, VSKxxxx is Spain.

No idea with replacement hub, best is to pull it out then compare sa actual para masukat.

Leaking rack and pinion for further evaluation daw 65k ang bnew. Tie rod assembly both sides. Upper and lower ball joints driver side kelangan palitan and buong assembly lang ang meron sila estimate asa 7.xk each upper and lower arm. Stab link both sides. Saka isang bushing sa rear leaf me langitgit daw. Kung magkano man abutin nung parts plus 8k labor kasama na don alignment

So hindi pala bushings ang problema kundi ball-joints? Sa parts catalog i posted previously assembly talaga yung balljoint with control arms so pagnapalitan yan kasama na rin bushings kaya eliminated lahat ng suspects mo. As for other options, check mo din sa parts store i think may replacement yang balljoint, i've seen online may nakapagpalit na aftermarket.

Re rack n pinion leak, may per piece ang seals so pwede i-rebuild.

I forgot what shop but meron thread nyan dito sa tsikot, may online sellers din.

Normal wear and tear siguro and kung hindi napapalitan/ flush ang PS fluid reservoir, yung duming naipon nagiging abrassive kaya bumiibagay seals at pump..

Oh well, dami probs ng suspension mo after ma diagnose sa casa.. Kung tierods lang and stab links/ stab bush saglit lang palitan yun then pa align mo, check for improvements. Atleast ma narrow down mo real cause ng alignment issue..

Tolerable sakin yung ingay, i do lots of longdrive but mas tahimik talaga HT.. Mas confident lang ako tuwing nasa farm at may karga sa likod using AT.

40k together with major fluid change. I flush kung medyo hindi na clear or hindi ko na kita yung level mark sa other side ng reservoir.

    Sir 12vdc,

Sir your oil catch can is still installed and is it really working? I'm planning to have one installed using an air filter.

I have just came across the discussion on Remote bypass oil filtration you and dvldoc are really great. Once again thank you very much

^ Yes sir, still installed about 1/8 na yung oil sa bottom kinda lazy lang maglinis ng container paabutin ko muna 1/4.. IDK how effective using air filters, largest i've seen is about size of 400mL bottle most of it is sealed with purge valve at the buttom. Your goal in OCC design is how to separate oil mist/atomized oil maybe by coalescing. Some use pape filters, stainless steel brush - i used ss wire mesh. Those air filter for air compressor have some metallic and ceramic pore element designed for absorbing water from pressurized air so im not sure how it will perform with oil vapour. Try asking one of our Nav owners(Whistler), he got the provent200 but no update yet with performance and how effective compared to DIY OCC.

Im hoping the new navara will have this blowby oil separator built in the system like most modern euro engines do.
