Nissan introduces new electric-motor drivetrain: e-POWER
This is definitely better than a charging car. Fuel pump lang kelangan, mas ideal sa mas maraming lugar sa mundo unlike if pure EV, need ng comprehensive charging station system para maging convenient.

    fellow treehugger but kakampwit,

ang galing ng nissan!!!!! Wala kahype-hype pero ang ganda kung totoo 3 to 5 liters per 100kilometers.

pang tv seies ganito technology. Maganda ibyahe ng probinsya. Basta ipresyo 1.4millon or better 1.1 milyones. Ang dami papadapain sa competition.

    epower isn't plugin hybrid

yung chevy volt plugin hybrid. so for short trips you can do 100% electric

Mahusay yan kung mpapa baba nila presyo below P1.5M after gov't green tax breaks then murahan narin replacement battery, i'd buy one for sure.

Then sana nga wired charging at option the output of 1.2L genset pwde kabit sa MTS ng bahay para kung brownout kaya paandarin ang 2hp aircon.

Kaya din ang 20+kms/L ng small desel engines as what i've done in the fiat crdi of my chevy spin. On my crosswind, achievable only on highway drive. But in my A/T D23Navara best na 13.8kpl. I still like desel kaya sorry kags, bawi nalang sa reforestation.

Somebody should make a plug-in retrofit mod for more charging flexibility. But my guess is the battery is so small it acts only as capacitor so the charger/generator is always on trickle charge.

Nissan should hear me and on future models should make upgrading to bigger cap battery possible, install a contactor & charger for plugin/wall AC.
