Just to give you an idea on an engine swap na SR20VE on my buds car. Umabot na 100k+ gastos nya. But the smile is priceless. a DE swap is much cheaper. Pero dami pa papalitan sa auto. Just keep it in tip top shape. Get a ST bumper, ST skirts, One liner or Lucino grill, a swirl rims orig jap and your good to go.

Talaga sir zanch?

IMHO very good body for a sleeper car look with a bang.

SR20DE lang. Para Naturally Aspirated, mahirap mag-forced induction, maraming gastos.

    Mahal talaga ang VE.

Depende naman sa engine na gagamitin mo. You know when it's time if the engine is it's... broken na! Smoking like hell, low compression, sudden over heating, noticeable power loss, palyado, etc. You'll have a choice either to repair, or replace it w/ a same one or a stronger one (jdm surplus).

I think they have a package now at S.S not sure if it's 95 to 100k. And head ache talaga if your going to buy pa on other shops, at least pag sa S.S lahat isa na lang kakausapin mo. Unlike pag sa ibang shop pa then may problem sa isang piyesa, pabalik balik ka pa, sakit sa ulo.

If N.A, I still suggest you save enough for a VE. Kasi that is your chance na to swap so go ahead na, kasi usually I've been hearing stories like... " Sana nag VE na lang ako dati. Deym!" And I don't want that to happen to you. Actually, I have undergone a swap as well. ;)

^ Naku like zanch said if it's a spoon copy it's a good idea to change it. Alam mo naman mga kritiko minsan uber talas ng pang amoy. :D Rota has Rays Nismo LM GT copies ah, although ironically I also notice many of civic users especially e.s use this! And some of the rolla owners too. he he. Well, I don't know if they knew about it, but the wheels itself looks good maybe they can't help themselves. But original Rays Nismo LM GTs are 5 holes only, sizes specifically made for Nissan sportscars.

Naku! Ano po ba issue sa slipstream? Panget po ba quality?

Mukhang ayos nga yung rays nismo, mapagipunan!

Not that it has quality problems whatsoever... it simply is a spoon copy. And Spoon is for honda, although copy lang naman siya. The Rays Nismo LMGT copy of rota is named P45 locally, in other countries it's like in U.K called GTR.
