Both are under AC mobility which also has BYD dealerships.

We will see this year if they do bring in their EV's.
Unfortunately, AC mobility has a track record of poor after service. Will they change that now? Or will it be quick buck mentality still? We hope they change for the better.

Wished the headlamps did not resemble the c-clamp design of Ford.

Maraming manghihinayang. Sasabihin nila 'hindi kasi diesel eh', kahit supposed to be irrelevant na dapat yun at this price point.

    in that stratospheric price range,
the question is simply, "do i want it?"

the savings between a big diesel suv and a big gas suv is probably only 100k a year for 20k kms

Not so relevant at that price range

Or you could save 200k+ a year and get an RX350h

Lets be honest, people who buy an RX350h are not in it for the fuel economy, but for a big and reliable no-coding SUV with a badge

    Full tank LX570

(taken a few years back, when gas prices were higher than they are now)

    Yes, those are quite obvious.

But in the local market, sometimes these buyers also have different reasons for buying them and looks like you forgot to mention one thing; resale value. Something largely relevant esp. amongst third-party oto dealer networks out there.

FWIW I think the most exciting thing about the new Patrol is the GTR derived V6TT engine if we get that variant. For sure there will be power tunes done for it.

honestly, I don't think someone buying a Nissan is thinking of "resale value"

Yes pero i only mentioned that kasi that's what separates the lc300 from its main rivals. The brand is already obvious but it's the only luxury full-size suv with a diesel. So it can hold its value well in the long run, unlike if it came with a huge petrol engine. Even 5-year old lc200s still fetch above the 3m mark.
