Is anyone here attending the 2011 Centennial Homecoming Fellowship tomorrow, 11th January, starting 6PM at the NBC Tent in Taguig?

Ticket is at P500. This is for the benefit of the One La Salle Scholarship Fund and The One Million Trees and Beyond!

    See you there!

Bro, '90s pa eto when i was still a freshman (frosh ata yung politically correct term, ewan )

According to the freshman orientors yung "La Sallista" parang "Elitista" ang dating, so dapat "La Sallean" daw, to promote yung values taught by the university

    So dun ako nasanay eventually.

In the "good old days", students who study in La Salle were called "La Sallites" and the ones from the Katipunan campus were called well, "Ateneans"...

Somewhere down the timeline it was Tagalized to be "LaSalista" and "Atenista"...

And yes it was during the 90s when they changed it to "La Sallian" and its Tagalog translation of "Lasalyano"...

Whether it be La Sallite, La Sallian, LaSalista or Lasalyano we are still "One La Salle"!!!!!!!

    Animo!!!!!!!!!

Ganoon pa rin ang LS Building bro....

Iyong harapan ng SJ at tagiliran ng College Canteen na dating 2 courts ng lawn tennis, dinagdagan pa ng activity area... Kaya lumiit na ang football field... That was a couple of years ago. We were there for the Alumni Homecoming...

Now, I heard, may tinatayo nang bagong building? Tama ba ito?

The Sy family of SM fame donated a substantial amount of money for the building. It's supposed to be the new library...

Yes the new building will stand on what was the football field....

That's also the reason why the DLSU Centennial Homecoming will be held in the baseball diamond of LSGH....

As a guideline for all alumni/alumnae:

First Saturday of February - LSGH Homecoming
First Saturday of March - DLSU Homecoming

This is always followed year in, year out...

That's apparently one of the conditions given by the Sy family... The library must be open to the public...

Now I wonder what will happen to the old college library behind SJ???
