Wala pa yatang lugar dito sa PH na may ganyang law or ordinance.

IMHO, dapat nation wide. Kasama na rin ang super lakas na sounds pag gabi.

Public disturbance yan...noisy motorcycles...may batas na tungkol dyan.

That's similar to a drunk person shouting in the street while everybody is sleeping in the middle of the night. What do we do, we call the police.

oo nga. anyway basta naman nuisance na pwede i reklamo.
