Yup. 0.01% of the motorcycle population are law-abiding. Eto siguro yung mga naka Ducati and Aprilia etc.

You name it they've done it!

On a more feelgood note, yung mga tricycle sa BF P'que medyo behaved din magmaneho, lalo na while inside the village. Courteous sila kasi tanggal ang sticker nila pag gagago-gago sila (di sila pwede pumasok sa village).

But try to negiotiate the tricycles of buting- san joaquin near my place. basta ako no comment na lang, baka mapamura na naman ako...

I use to ride a bike (100cc honda sport type) in college...I would say I am a violator too...in fact I have never realized my stupidity in bike riding until I was driving a car....as you could see, most of these violators could probably have the same point of view as mine (nung hindi pa ako nakapagdrive ng car)....I'd say "we" like superman....as if indestructible and the sort.

in referance to sir boybi's comments, ang pagkakalam ko ang mga memeber ng mad dog mc's ay cruisers and touring's.kasi ang mga cruisers and touring di pwedeng magidle sa trapik ng matagal, lalo na dyan sa atin na sobra ang humidity, kasi with the exceptions of metric cruisers, air cooled ang mga ganyang cruisers, parang beetle pag nag overheat lagot na ang makina.
and in regards sa mga motorcyclist na pasaway, wala din namng pinagiba yan sa mga bus, puv's and the like na walang respect sa kalsada sa pagmamaneho.again kung sino ang sisihin nyan kundi rin naman ang mga taga-LTO na walang inatupag kundi ang korakot nila.....and that will be another forum to talk about.....geez..wala ng katapusan.
basta ako magmotor or mag kotse man basta wag lang ako sasaktan ayos na sa kin ke magrambulan sila or what..

why do i get the feeling that this will once again turn into a cager vs biker war?

    eto isang misconception :

TSINELAS = the ultimate in body protection. basta't naka tsinelas ka, di mo na kelangan ng helmet!

I am quite unfortunate enough to live in front of a road hump in our subdivision.

Here's the thing, there are a lot of motorcycle riders here who ignore this hump and there are those more stupid enough to provide me with some entertainment.

Some riders slow down, thus the perennial and stupid sounding "psssss.psssst.psssssst" is a 24 hour nuisance. That's discounting their muffler.

There are those more stupid enough who tries not to slow down but instead avoid the hump by running at the street gutter. But at one time about two weeks ago, our lavandera poured enough soapy water to cover the gutter, then this one XRM tried to run the gutter, but the moronic driver slid and of course semplang sya.

masakit pa nito, talo palagi tayo kahit kasalanan pa ng biker in an event of an accident.

    my myth:

the helment is used to protect the elbow or the rear carrier of the bike.

the family that rides together stays together.

trikes and motors, especially in the provinces requirement: no/broken signal and tail lights.

provincial trikes ride like the wind * 160kph (100kph like ride but only 60kph), and produce too much of it: white smelly fog.

provincial trikes mostly wont let you overtake, even if you're a mitsu evo! they're always faster than you...beause you always end up in their rear, even after overtaking one.
