wala naman sinabi na kailangan naka etch eh, ang sbi lng proper ID, so pwde din made from sticker. mdyo ok naman yng bill kng iisipin ng mabuti, ksi ang daming motor na wlang proper papers and para sa safety na rin ng lahat. mas maraming law mas mabuti, kng puro complain kyo wla na tlga mangyayari sa bansa natin. respectable naman yan si Gordon eh pati si bayani fernando, pero nasanay na mga tao sa wlang disiplina kaya isang batas lng na ipasa complain agad.
not even a good point. being a respectable person doesn't excuse one from making/having stupid ideas. im not saying this proposed bill is stupid; but it sure as heck comes close to it!

people here will not complain against an idea if the idea has a sound reasoning behind it. i mean c'mon wearing a helmet that has your name and your bikes number? what if i have two bikes and only one helmet? should i get another helmet just for the other bike? and dont tell me that sticker lang naman yun... would you like to keep changing the sticker on your helmet when you change bikes?

and lastly, do you think that this simple method of stickers on the helmet will deter the assasins and robbers from doing their dirty work? sobrang dali lang kaya magnakaw ng bike ngayon... and even easier to put a sticker on a helmet.
