Depends on your purpose but I am not sold to the Z200.

Ano ba problema ng Z200, gusto ko sya kasi mukhang big bike but small budget. Eto lang kaya ng budget ko eh, paano ba para mag tunog big bike yung Z200 sir? Parang bitin sir eh?
Ang galing mo na siguro mag motor , sana maka sama ako sa mga ride nyo kung ok lang kahit naka Z200 lang ako. Nag iipon na nga ako ng pang down payment, babawasan ko ang pag yosi ko para meron ako pang hulugan. Tapos after mga 3 months siguro bibili na ako ng helmet, meron ako nakita sa mall, ganda ng kulay 1,000 plus lang.

Save a bit more and just wait till you have around 150T. The Z200 is not known to be that durable. Also, budget for the helmet is P3500 minimum. Otherwise, protection is like you get what you pay for.

Sir, ano po diperensya ng P1000 na helmet, pansin ko po makapal din, at ang ganda ng kulay. Ang mahal naman ng helmet mo.

Ano po ba yung spec 1 , 2 and 3, pansin ko pare pareho lang sila ng kulay eh? Pangarap ko talaga big bike, pero siguro mga 10 years pa.

yung murang helmet kasi usually kulang sa safety agency certifications, meaning walang guarrantee that it will give you ample protection when you crash. tingnan mo muna kung may D.O.T. or SNELL approval. ang cheapest na nakita kong may certification is HJC (korean brand na very well known naman worldwide). mura na maganda pa, safe pa. hindi HKC ha, HJC dapat. dati 2 thousand+ lang yun sa triumph JT. sulit talaga yun. remember, head injury is usually permanent and most damaging kaya it is best to give your head the best protection possible. kaya na iinis ako pag nakakakita ko ng di nag hehelmet... lalo na pulis!!!

Design of the Spec 1,2 and 3 varies. It just so happened that my friends who ride the other Spec models have the same colors.

Helmet looks can be deceiving. What is important is the Dot or Snell certifications that means passing strict standards. Remember, you get a monkey for paying cheap.

HJC is my preferred brand. I am already on my third helmet (no crash ha). Price is from P3800-P4200 and you can buy from Triumph along Taft or West Avenue. Or sa may RKP Pasong Tamo near Kingswood. HTH

I bought the July issue hoping the Supah Foh would be featured there...only the KTM Duke and the Ducati 749 was featured...BTW, was pleasantly surprised to know that Mr. Montecillo (no less than the editor-at-large) is a biker himself...he rides an underbone to get from A-B. Time to change my subscription to Tech & Tuner!

iwas kasi ako sa mga MMDA or police pag punta ko doon wala ako dala helmet para pag kabili suot na lang agad...

Dont take the risk, it is not the MMDA or police who will suffer if something goes wrong. Just commute if needed to buy one before you ride your bike. Ride safe.
