how do i check if the MC and paperworks are legit? pwede ba check din sa crame and lto like 2nd hand cars?

opo pero hingi ka ng permission sa owner ng authorization para pwde ma verify sa Lto, TMG ren baka may blotter o hotbike..

w/ regards to its mechanical/technical aspects, what am i supposed to check for or look into para malaman ko kung good buy siya o hindi?

compare value 4 money, availability of spare parts, year, spec's & model from diff competing brands, engine parts/ harness must be intac, not yet open the better, if ur not really sure bring a skillful buddy.. happy haunting

so hingi lang pala ako ng Authorization letter sa owner ng MC/Vehicle just in case pa Check ko sia sa LTO or TMG ,
then iyon ang i present ko sa LTO office

start the engine, listen for anything unusual. also, parang tao, pag may tulo na oil, delikado.

check for leaks in the engine.
listen carefully while it's idle if it has rattling sounds
cover the muffler while engine is running so you can hear it better
look for bumps or dents...even a small crash might mean terror for the bike
don't forget to check the chains. if it's maxed out, then you'd have to buy it a new chain

As far as the engine goes, parang bumibili ka rin ng kotse, kelangan mo din mag bitbit ng trusted mechaninc ng MC. Mas madali silipin makina ng kotse kesa scooters (daming babaklasin), halimbawa, so yung mechanic alam na nya sa tunog pa lang kung maganda pa makina.
