the angkas operator may be charged with irregularity (if any) in running that business. he might also be guilty of not having the requisite insurance. and he is probably guilty of tailgating the front vehicle and injuries arising from it.
the frontest vehicle is probably not guilty of anything. he's not responsible for vehicles tailgating him.
the third vehicle may be guilty of "driving too close to the motorcycle in front of him", and injuries arising therein.
what is the passenger guilty of? poor judgement, probably.
as an aside, bridge downward slopes are dangerous, in that the vehicle tends to pick up speed, and brakes are less effective.Last edited by dr. d; August 4th, 2017 at 12:50 PM.
