The thing with a thread like this is that we can all go overboard. Taste is a very subjective and polarizing agent, and what is good for one, may be unacceptable to another. That is why I myself prefer to go the moderate route and differentiate among ricey, showcar-like, and plain tasteless (read: ugly). Yet, taking a cue from my sig, I may not like your mods, but hell, you're entitled to do what you want to do with your car... as much as I am entitled to my personal opinion of it.

comment : The Vios would actually look good if the bodykits weren't installed and the billet grilles weren't as well, attached.

Other comments :
The lighting system is compromised because its reflector bowls were painted pink. It should have been okay if it copied the headlights of the MMC Jazz which the chrome lines, sans the reflector were painted according to its body color. That's why I was wondering on how does the owner drive it during night time? The car has no foglights nor any supplementary lights that can aid him during downpour/night. Probably the car is all for show and SHOULD only be used on the morning and on good weather ONLY.

Just to add:

I wonder how the driver could actually see the road in this car with all the graphics on the driver side of the windshield?

The suspension was dropped very low on this Vios. It would probably scrap the road if it hits anything bigger than a pebble. And the long overhang (from the aftermarket front bumper) does not help if the car encounters a speed bump or a parking ramp.

The billet style grills just simply doesn't match the rest of the car. Maybe honeycomb-cut style grills would have been a better choice.

In the end, this is a show car meant for car shows. Not something you will be driving everyday on the road. But this being the Philippines, it doesn't prevent morons trying to drive it on public roads anyway.

On the fake disc brakes, I agree, this is ricey... Why pretend? Most people wouldn't know a disc brake from a drum brake, while enthusiasts can spot the deception from afar and give you grief.

On the Transformers emblem, it's not really ricey as anyone would probably be able to discern that it wouldn't have any performance-enhancing effect *lol*, but I do question the aesthetic decision made here. It comes across as too cheesy. If it were a show car and set up as legit transformer character, then no worries; but as it stands on its own, then thumbs down from me.
